No. PreBuild sits in front of your existing estimating or admin process. It structures what happens before serious quoting begins. It doesn't replace your tools.

No. We set it up for you. The goal is less manual follow-up and better lead handling, not more admin on your end. You don't manage any of the back end.

Does this work if I already charge for preliminary work?

Yes. Builders who already charge still lose time on enquiries that never become clients, and still lose paid quotes that go quiet. The system handles the front end either way, whether you quote free, charge a preliminary fee, or do both.
