These terms cover your use of this website, the quoting cost calculator, and any enquiry you make through this site. They do not cover the PreBuild service itself, which is governed by a separate written agreement.

This site is operated by CentriWeb, a business registered in New Zealand, trading as PreBuild. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This site describes the PreBuild service and lets you enquire about it. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

2. The calculator is an estimate

The quoting cost calculator produces an indicative estimate based entirely on the figures you enter. It is a general guide, not financial, accounting or business advice.

• The figures it returns are arithmetic applied to your own inputs. They are not a prediction of your results.
• We do not verify what you enter and cannot know your actual costs, margins or win rates.
• Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business decision. Speak to your accountant or adviser.

3. Statistics and examples

Industry figures and examples on this site are provided for general context. Results described by other builders are their own and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on your market, your build type, your pricing and how consistently the process is followed.

4. Our commitment about the first 30 days

Where we state a commitment about your first 30 days after going live, that commitment applies only to clients who have signed a written agreement with us, and is subject to the terms of that agreement. It is not an offer to visitors of this site.

5. Contacting you

If you give us your contact details through this site, you agree we may contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or SMS. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@prebuildsystems.com. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false or misleading information, submit someone else's details without their authority, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems, or interfere with its normal operation.

7. Our content

The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and the calculator, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read and share it, but you may not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

Parts of this site rely on third parties, including embedded forms and booking provided by GoHighLevel. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on the calculator or any general information on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), or the Australian Consumer Law, where those laws apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing here prevents you from relying on consumer protection law that applies where you live.
